The doctors here are very friendly and take the time to listen rather than rush through the patient list. The texts for appointments are very useful.
The auto check-in doesn't ever seem to work. It would be useful to be able to check-in if there's a queue.

The last four appointments I've had I've been made to wait for at least 40 mins past my appointment time before being seen.
At no point was an apology offered and I wasn't prewar bed when I checked in upon arrival of the delay.
My appointment last night was 20 mins delayed and I walked out without seeing my doctor.
The receptionists are often rude and unhelpful with a "it is what it is" attitude.
